enquire for purchaseThe vintage was the third in a row with reduced yield due to frost in April but the vines recovered & from June to early September the season was warm with low rainfall. The wines have lovely freshness and acidity despite the warm summer and have provided us with another set of high toned, alpine inspired wines.
Pneumatic pressing , cool fermentation in stainless steel then aged for 6 months on lees in tank.
